5-Day Notice Update

The state has removed the requirement for a 30-day notice to request possession due to unpaid rent. Starting this month, we will issue a 5-day notice if rent is not received by the 15th.

Resident Leadership Seminar

Are you on the Resident Advisory Board? Would you like to join us for an all-expenses-paid trip to Asheville from March 25th to March 27th? If you're interested, please reach out to Jenny to secure your spot by no later than Monday, March 9th.

"What Home Means to Me" Contest

Calling ALL youth artists! We invite you to join us on Tuesday, March 24th, if you're interested in participating in our "What Home Means to Me" contest. You'll have the chance to create your drawing at the YHA office while enjoying pizza and drinks. All necessary materials will be provided! Gift cards will be awarded to a few lucky winners.

Recertification Update

YHA now requires residents to provide bank statements during recertifications. To streamline the process, please bring your checking and savings statements to your appointments to prevent the need for a return visit.
